We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Developer / Test Lead to design and drive the overarching test strategy for a digital banking modernization initiative. This role is ideal for a hands-on quality engineer who excels in building automated test suites, leading performance and security testing, and ensuring a flawless member experience upon go-live.

What You'll Do

• Develop the master test strategy, test plans, and test cases covering all facets of the digital banking platform.
• Build and manage automated testing frameworks, performance testing, and security testing protocols.
• Lead business validation testing, regression testing, and operational testing across multiple environments.
• Drive defect triage and prioritization, and manage the ultimate UAT test signoff and business approval process.
• Implement CI/CD pipeline test integrations and automated deployment workflows.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of recent experience in QA Automation and Test Leadership roles.
• Hands-on expertise with modern automated testing frameworks (UI and API testing).
• Experience with performance testing tools and security testing methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills for defect management and root cause analysis in complex, multi-vendor integrated environments.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure DevOps integration for automated testing.
• Prior experience testing enterprise-scale software deployments within banking or digital finance.
• Experience in large-scale modernization or enterprise transformation projects.
