What you´ll do: 

  • Java Tech Lead experience in end to end development, unit testing and Prod support
  • Contributes to the technical design for development projects by reviewing and understanding the high-level functional specifications.
  • Develop Software Solutions: Use Java Spring/Spring Boot and Hibernate
  • Technical Leadership: Leading, mentoring developing team members ensuring the successful execution of software projects, meeting client expectations and driving innovation in software development
  • Leading and contributing to analysis, design, development and testing of various java-based application components
  • Ensure High-Quality Craftsmanship: Follow best practices in Object-Oriented and Functional Programming.
  • Create Scalable and Performant Applications: Meet business needs and conform to Enterprise Architecture principles, including Microservices Architecture.
  • Understanding of CI/CD Pipeline and Jenkins. Hands on experience into Git hub, Gradle & Maven based Java project
  • Organize Data and Develop Efficient Systems: Use RDMS (MySQL, Oracle).
  • Maintain Legacy Systems: Work with older versions of Java, Spring, JSF and Hibernate.
  • Experience in front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React JS Libraries.
  • Nice to have exposure in Developing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with the organization’s objectives and industry standards.

What you´ll bring: 

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science or related discipline.
  • 8-10 years practical experience developing software solutions in a professional environment.
  • Mastery of an object-oriented language (preferably Java – Spring/Spring Boot).
  • Mastery of a modern scripted language (preferably JavaScript).
  • Mastery of 1 or more web application frameworks (preferably Spring MVC, Spring Boot).
  • Mastery of database query languages (SQL).
  • Mastery of software development lifecycle and version control system (preferably GIT).
  • Mastery of Agile development practices.
